This information will be entered into a conference database, which will be customized for your event. This database will include the full name, complete address, e-mail, and
telephone numbers, as well as all payment information for
- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR YOUR MEETING AS NEEDED.
We can accept cash, check, purchase orders, Mastercard or VISA payments for the symposium. Once conference
payments are received we can write checks, at your request, for any conference expenses you incur Full records are maintained in a financial spreadsheet database. We will provide auditable records for all moneys taken in and distributed during the meeting.
- ON-SITE REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT FOR THE MEETING (INCLUDES PREPARATION OF CUSTOMIZED ATTENDEE NAME TAGS AND
RECEIPTS FOR PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES.
These will be distributed along with conference materials by our staff at the meeting site for pre-registered attendees.
Our staff will also provide registration services for those attendees who wish to make payments on site or who
register on the day of the meeting.
- COORDINATION OF AUDIO VISUAL SERVICES, THE CONFERENCE ROOM SETUPS (BOTH ORAL AND POSTER SESSIONS), AND TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES FOR THE MEETING.
Provide on-going liaison services with hotel or conference center personnel on behalf of the conference. We will also arrange transportation for events located offsite. In addition we offer full service tour and special event coordination.
- PREPARATION OF CONFERENCE MATERIALS FOR DISTRIBUTION AT THE MEETING INCLUDING CONFERENCE ABSTRACT BOOKS OR
Normally included is a conference bag filled with both the technical information you provide and local tourist
information that we will provide.
- PRODUCTION OF MEETING ABSTRACT BOOKLET
FOR DISTRIBUTION TO ATTENDEES USING PHOTO READY COPY PROVIDED BY CLIENT.
The completed booklet will be fully prepared for photocopying and perfect bound.
